So the I have the jks track bar... it lifts it up high enough that it clears the diff cover. The nut hit the springs on the passenger side, just touching it... so I ground the nut a tiny bit and they clear now. The bump stops are tera flex ones that are on the top rather then under. it all works without hitting... I did have to redo the eghaust... to get it to not hit the track bar...

I have no clearance issues on the rear. I do have my axle back 1" in the rear. My kit was bought in 2015. Now the X factor has the option for the 1" stretch, it's not mandatory. My Bushings are fine as well, 8 trips to the Rubicon and lots of freeway miles as well as other off road trails. Again, the kits upper rears are my only issue, very hard to get straight, luckily, RK builds in a lot of misalignment in there joints.
