Sliders: Tube vs platform

The issue I'd have here is that I have yet to hear one, not one, owner of the EVO Sliders say there sliders took damage. As others have said... "they are bomb proof." So I'm hesitant to put my hard earned money toward some thing that was getting damaged and bent, Even if they may protect the body. I still don't want the actual slider to look like crap.
I'm with you there!!!! That's why I'll be getting EVO's after I've beat the hell out of my factory ones:thumb:

Personally I would avoid anything that mounts to the pinch seem or to the body itself.


My driver side slider (evo) go slammed into a rock awile back and even with my jeep leaning on it and driving forward all that happened was a little bit of paint got scraped off and thats it.
