Supposedly the necklace was a nod to Justice Ginsburg who played games with her collar. She was a serious progressive and usually at odds with Constitutional Originality. Strange because the Constitution is the Law of The Land and is NOT ‘living and breathing’ but a contract between the states and the Fed-Gov the states were allowing to exist.
