yeah it means they are discharged and have been leaking, they need replaced, you might wanna get on that :cheesy:

56 foot pounds lower. Just make the uppers tight!

Remember to disconnect the brake lines and wire harness. it is I think a 7mm bolt in front of the lower shock.
