Lol so you understand. I would suggest the v line polishing kit that the chemical guys has. Also, just to give you a warning, it will take an entire day to polish, ceramic, glaze and seal. I’m going to take a few hours a day for a few days.Black... Lol
I've heard good things about anything Chemical Guys makes so I'll be sure to try it out, thanks!Lol so you understand. I would suggest the v line polishing kit that the chemical guys has. Wow! 2 years?? Glad you're finally gonna get them onAfter sitting on the Evo high clearance long arm kit for about 2 years, I’m finally set to get them installed on the 27th lol
They've been moved between storage units then to my new house and now they’re just taking up space… might as well just stick them on the Jeep now!
It’s been a busy 2 years!! 2 kids, new company and bought a house every penny that I wanted to put aside for the install has been spent elsewhere.Wow! 2 years?? Glad you're finally gonna get them on
Shit... do you think it the lugs were loose or over tightened? My brother-in-law borrowed the Jeep for a date night in Big Sky tonight. He called me and told me a tire went rolling away I thought he was lying at first… he told me to just drive a minute down the road and you’ll see. He wasn’t lying!
What I’ve learned is to always check that tires are torqued after being at the tire shop…
I think they were loose. It’s been a while since it’s been at the tire shop because I didn’t drive the Jeep almost at all in months. The past week or so it’s been getting driven a lot.Shit... do you think it the lugs were loose or over tightened?

My wife asked if this would’ve happened if we had 8 lugs instead of 5
Starting with the next invoice that comes in, we will start stashing away money for some axles her words not mine! Might even pull the trigger before the end of the year!Oh man, you gotta run with that! Tell her Safety First! Lol
[Loosening my lug nuts]

wow, those studs show signs of being overtightened enough to crush/strip the threads that would allow them to come loose. My brother-in-law borrowed the Jeep for a date night in Big Sky tonight. That could be from the wheel falling off.wow, those studs show signs of being overtightened enough to crush/strip the threads that would allow them to come loose.
I over torqued the lug nuts on my JK when I used my new Milwaukee 1/2" impact for the first time and that's what the threads looked like.
