The building of knuckles

Nope.

That is Knuckles waaaay up in the front. It went WOL driving Moby, Mel driving Rubicat (testing the then new coil-overs), Knuckles (running 315s, stock bumpers and a CB that we wired a couple days before we found out we could go), ORE Chase truck driven by the guys from Nitto and all the other badass rigs on that run. Yeah, a bit intimidating for a complete noobie, yet totally awesome at the same time!

For some reason I did not remember you being without your roof and doors that run. Very cool though, that was where you really became poorly influenced by the miscreants around you now!

Way too easy getting to this point. Think I might recheck it tomorrow before torquing the bolts down.

Make sure I'm not missing anything. :)

That part is easy. It's the torqueing down, over and over again, around and around in the 4-point pattern that gets tedious and wears out your forearms.

Dude, you're a bodybuilder. I figured you'd consider it getting a pump. ;)

Haha, I do shoulders on Thursday and arms on Friday, so every time I wrench on the Jeep (Saturday) I am still pretty sore. Going to be installing my PowerPlant tomorrow! Wheels are looking good by the way. Be patient with tightening the bolts. You'll want to try and hurry up after doing a couple, but resist the temptation and do it right. Based on the rest of your build, I don't think that will be a problem, just a bit of advice.

Well, it's torqued to 20 ft pounds all around. I still think I fucked something up because this was too easy. But I'm going to wait until tomorrow to blow off a limb while filing it up. ;)

BTW--super pumped on harbor freight today. Took an old torque wrench back that was broken. No questions asked and got a new one. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1365224941.157055.jpg

They also had hex sockets on sale for $8 so I grabbed a SAE and metric set.

You left a finger print on the back side of the bead ring. You can see it in the reflection off the black part of the wheel. You should take it all apart, clean it and start over. That finger print will also cause a whistling sound and possibly a rattle too. BTW, did you get that blinker fluid taken care of? :cheesy:
