I swear animals can see, or sense, the infrared light on these cameras. I’ve seen so many night pictures where the animal is staring right at the camera.

The tactacam has a tiny green led and makes a very very slight click sound. If animals are near the camera, they sense both.

I've seen the LED and figured that's what they were looking at. Never heard the sound you're talking about but then, I've never been up close and listening before.

It's very subtle. I can hear it when it's quiet in the woods and I'm close to the camera. It's a single click.

Thanks! On our last visit, we could see there's been a lot of traffic in this location and to the point where a path was cut through the brush. I was really hoping to see what we've been seeing here.
