Home made super simple mussels recipe!!!
Shallots and garlic in a nice size pot until colored
Mussels in, pepper, I used both white and black
White wine half a bottle or so m. Cover for 5-7 min
Heavy cream, sour cream a bit and any blue cheese you pick. Cover and leave for another 3-5 min. done
Crisp up some baguette and you’re good to go
