With the twill how comprable would you say it is to the hard top noise?

Close, but not as quiet as a hardtop, I think most of the road noise comes in the vinyl windows in the back. The twill does cut the wind noise down ton.

I also added a headliner to the hardtop which made that even quieter.

Got my EVO 3 inch soft rides installed today. Wow what a difference over the 2.5 Teraflex springs and 1 inch spacers that only netted 2 inches. A few twists of the drag link to center the steering wheel and a turn or two on the JKS track bar to center the wheels. Test drive was night and day difference really woke up the Bilstein 5100's.

Perhaps the most inexpensive modification on any vehicle I've ever owned, but seeing this sh!t makes me smile!
