I finally installed my tera low transfer case. I like it!!

This was the part I was afraid of. I had been on lifting restrictions until recently. It was way easier than I though it would be.

Finally got the 4" plush ride coils, Metalcloak front control arms, fox shocks, synergy high steer kit installed. With the weather here in Virginia it only took 3 weeks to piece it all together. But it's done so I was able to get it cleaned up today as well and touch up some rust area with rust oleum spray bed liner.

How did you mount the CB to the metal bracket? I like that look and way of doing it. Was wondering what parts are needed and how it was done so clean looking.

I just used some of the tips that I found from others here to complete my set up. I used 3/4" insulated wire clamps from the electrical aisle at my local big box hardware store (I couldn't locate 1/2" clamps which would have been better) and attached them to the CB mounting bracket with short L brackets. Since the 3/4" clamps are larger than the loop at the center of the windshield, I just wrapped the hoop with electrical tape to make it thicker. This took out any play in the mounting point. To mount the L brackets to the CB mounting bracket, I did have to drill new holes in the bracket as the other holes were spaced too wide and would not work. On the top back of the CB unit, I used velcro to keep the CB from rocking or rattling against the windshield trim over bumps. The coax runs along the driver side windshield trim and into the roll bar padding back to the antenna location. The power cable runs along the passenger side windshield trim and down into the firewall as shown in the Wayalife tech article for installing a CB. The antenna mount is the FireStik NGP mount and it required some light trimming inside the driver side taillight location to make it mount flush. I hope that helps clarify. BTW, ctlazer5 I tried to respond to your PM but your inbox was full.

Installed my winch. Pretty easy install but had some problems spooling it. Check out my thread in the General Off-road Tech if you think you could help me out.

Today was a maintenance day and install day. First was the install of Rancho 9000 shocks. Cannot wait to see how they feel on the road.

Picked up and installed some new electronics. Didn't really want to mount on the dash, but not many options with a full size.

I used the supplied rtv. I figured if psc supplies it, they must get good results using it. :D

Couldn't get the right angle on the front rock lights so I just put a set of platinum burners and also found a way to mount the middle rock lights 👍
