A Glock 19 makes a very good carry gun....long enough sight radius to be useful, a grip you can actually grip but still small enough to conceal well. Congrats on a fine purchase.

DD makes some of the best looking firearms. If I were to ever get a 1911, I would go with DD.
Edit: Dammit. I was thinking of Wilson Combat. Not Daniel Defense. Still love their ARs though.

I picked mine up at Cabelas. It was the floor model so they gave me 10% of the price, plus they were on sale.

Nothing as impressive as some of you guys, but I finally got two of my grandfather's .22s cleaned and safety checked. Took them to the range this weekend and was amazed at how well they shot after about 40 years being in a drawer. These are each over 80 years old and are working like brand new!
