Those look good.

Let me know if they hold up, they would look better on my new platform set up.

I've pulled all my weight on them and they seems tight... they don't slip unless the buckle is rotated 45-90*. You'll never get it as tight as a ratchet strap though. The Buckle on the left is for 1.5" strap so I ordered another that's for 1" strap. But the one I ordered is adjustable on both ends of the buckle... So I can adjust the position of the buckle faster. Next I'm going to attempt to piggyback another strap off the these, using adjustable plastic buckles.... for lighter bags n shit that I put on top of my cooler and storage cases.

Ok, that was easy... I attached the plastic buckle (male & female) in-line onto the main strap... which will stay attached... then I made another strap using another buckle (male & female) so it can be completely removed... I can also cross any of these straps from side to side if needed.

Installed the PSC big bore, Synergy Drag Link and Synergy Track Bar Brace. I can’t believe how good it handles now... It’s like driving my F150... turns easy, tracks straight and feels solid.

The Track bar mount was definitely starting to wallow out.

Getting the Big Bore in alone was a bitch... but doable.

Synergy’s Brace fit perfect.

The Synergy Drag link is solid... No more slipping of the stock coupler after a hard day of wheeling.

Overall... I’m stoked. The confidence of not breaking a sector shaft is worth the money spent.

Looks great Kirk!

I know how much of a bitch the big bore was, and I did mine with the axle out of the way. I can imagine how much harder it is without that.

I would like to compare your Synergy track bar with my JKS. Mine is hitting the cover on my new 60 front, maybe that one has enough bend to miss it?

I'm nearly ready to get out, we need to wheel somewhere soon.

For sure man... I’ll be gone the next 2 weekends but would love to get out with ya sometime after that.

Measuring from the center of the sway bar... to the back of the track bar its 9.5” at the farthest point of the bend... if you give me a couple critical spots measured from the drivers frame rail... I can tell you the dimension from the sway bar at those points as well.

Hey congrats Kirk. Solid upgrades for sure. Hard to believe those parts sat on your workbench for less than a month before you installed them - gotta be a record!

Been meaning to ask why you went with a non -ported box rather than just capping off the ports. Have you ruled out hydro in the future?

Lol.. I think you're right.

I don't think I'll ever have the need for a Hydro on this build. Right now I am happy on 35's and even if I decide to spend the dough on a PR44 and go 37's... I think the Big Bore by itself will get the job done for how I wheel. And most likely in 5 years this Jeep will be handed to my Son and I'll start a new build with a JL.

For the upcoming MOAB trip I'm thinking about purchasing a steering box just to have on hand in case there's an issue. I don't expect one but I'd rather have and not need it. But that started the PSC rabbit hole..... did you buy the XD box so in the future you can step up the hydros?

I got the Big Bore XDII non ported... If I ever go hydro I would have my stock one ported or sell this big bore and get a ported one. But I won't.
