The guy is a clown. He’s under investigation for trying to get his mistress arrested by his own deputies. Said mistress was a 21 year old subordinate at the county jail at his prior job when he started the affair.

There is absolutely no protesting going on in our county, he’s just doing this to stir the pot.

I remember my old roommate talking about this back in 1999 when chipped credit cards were starting to be released by AMEX. He was trying to explain the correlation between the mark of the beast and CC's
