Kudos to Quadratec!!!!

Didn't have a good experience with them at all. If they don't have something in stock they should not process the order. 3 days later they email saying the part was on back order. If they would have let me know that to begin with I could have got it on its way from another vendor. Poor business practice.
 
I must say that my last experience was great, I had an issue with my solenoid failing on my q9000 winch that I purchased in 2012. The electronics had a one year warranty and a limited lifetime on the mechanical parts. I called them and asked what they could do, they sent me a complete winch controller at no charge and sent a label for me to ship the old one back. I am extremely happy their customer service.
 
I just ordered a Coree44 loaded housing assembly, rear gears, front steering correction, rear track bar braket, rear diff cover, new front shocks and some other odds and ends on thursday nights at 11pm. Today i get home from work at 7:30 and two of theboxes are already on my doorstep. Check my confirmation emails and everything has an ETA of delivery in less than 5 days including a very heavy overweight item that they waived the overweight shipping charge for me on.

I will continue to be a quadratec fan for the service they provide. Cant beat them for an online vendor as large as they are.
 
Quadratec has some amazing customer service I noticed. Except for the fact it took them three weeks to get my teraflex sway bar disconnects they were extremely helpful and made sure I got my order.
 
Placed a couple more small orders with them recently. Seems like all EVO parts are drop shipped so those that are close who think they may get it next day or in 2 days it takes longer.
 
For what's it's worth, these guys also handle "complaints" fairly well. Had an issue with a product ordered. Called them up earlier this week. No questions asked, they sent out a return label and will give me a full credit.
 
So today I finally pulled the trigger on a Pioneer FH-X720 in-dash unit for D-day talked to Dave and he priced matched me and I was able to save $15 dollars off of Qtecs price should be here early next week. I gave them some good feedback about there customer service and he was very appreciative for the compliments.

I've been ordering parts from this company for over 10 years. Excellent customer service. Any problems I've had have been handled quickly, professionally and without hesitation. Can't beat free shipping on most orders either!
 
Truly, kudos. I received an email that my back ordered parts had been delivered yesterday, via smart post (oxymoron), that didn't arrive. Called Quadratec today and they're FedEx Shipping replacements to me stating they will track down other parts. Even with any returns I've had to make they have been exemplary in customer service.
 
I just want to say Quadratec has some fantastic customer service; I just ordered a few replacement parts and didn't notice until after I had already placed the order that the thermostat housing was for the 3.8 not the 3.6. I called Quadratec and they switched the housing to the correct one and upgraded my shipping to next day at no cost to me all within about 2 mins and without any fuss.
 
In light of recent events, figured this was a good thread to bump. :thumb: Was a bit buried, but I found it.

I've ordered several things through Qtec and honestly, they have been great. These are some big ticket items too such as a ZEON winch and an ARB fridge. Both priced matched, both times had upfront communication about shipping or out of stock item (ARB). I realize they are not a forum sponsor, thus no extra 5% or whatever, but they will match any price and have a good reputation and have done right by many on the forum so far.
