I still have a D30. I have gussets and 5.13 gears.

I appreciate the information. I'm sticking with 35s cause I've already got them geared to 4.88 but one day I might make the jump. Like I said I don't do a lot of tuff wheeling. I know I can f up things real bad if I try to get into some of the more experienced trails. Plus my damn life makes it to where I can actually only go riding about 2-3 times a year it I'm lucky

Speed is what will bend your Dana 30. Playing in the rocks will brake a shaft or R&P

Finally got the rig back and it's amazing. Why I waited so long to regear, I don't know. The grizzly will take some getting used to. But in the end I am more than happy. Jody at Carolina Axle does a great job and is worth a call if you're in the area[emoji106]
