brake pad and alignment question!

first my rear brake pads seems really thin. I didn't measure exactly but looks around 5mm.

my 12 jk has 24k mi. so do I have to change the pad soon?

if i have to, hawk ceramic and LTS which one is better?


second in my common knowledge, wheel alignment can be off, when I hit some bump or rock.

so since I bought my jeep, I go off roading and hit the rock normally.

how often do you alignment your jeep?

I did alignment when I got 34" tire, after alignment I drove 20k mi and it is slightly off to left side now.

Due to the ABS/BAS system on a JK, having rear brake pads wear out at about 20,000 miles or so is totally normal. Fortunately, they are easy to replace:

Regarding alignment, installing new bigger tires will not change anything and so, no alignment would be necessary for them. If you went wheeling and your steering wheel is off, you more than likely bent your tie-rod and adjusting it is simple to do:

I certainly would not be paying someone to do all this.
