You'll have to let me know your impression of the 50R. I've got some friends who are really interested in this guy.

Also, I know you already have mounting plans for it with the cage, but I do like this mount that Rugged uses for theirs - Proclip Center Mount
So far I'm pretty impressed with it. The range is awesome. Only thing that sucks, is not many people running VHF/UHF.

It was great wheeling with you too. We had a blast. Thanos is a beast as always. Can't wait until the next trip.

Right, yours looks so much worse than mine. Was that all from this weekend?

Went to adjust my tie rod to compensate for the bend and ended up snapping the sleeve adjuster. I noticed the sleeve slit had a twist to it already but didn't think much about it until it sheared.

Sheared and you can see the twist in the slit

What it should look like

Local part store had an adjuster sleeve in stock , nicer design with the hex head on it. Also picked up a rod end just in case

Got everything out

And new sleeve and rod end in

Now I just need to adjust the toe. Might have been fine to drive but I feel better knowing it's fixed. Need to save for a more beefy tie rod.
