So this weekend I tackled the final price of comms for the Jeep, a VHF/ UHF dual band radio. Mounted the remote head to my pro clips dashboard. No to get my license.

You have some serious comms built into that mount!

I looked into that same rugged radio. Really nice unit, but to simply my our lives my brother in law and I when with the GMRS midland radio 40 watt units. The range unreal, even in heavy tree cover when compared to the standard CB.

Got around to finishing up the rest of M-PAC’s rack system and added the tailgate table. We’ll built. No rattles but time will tell.

It is amazing. Can’t find anything it won’t break yet. And I can find it when it gets lost. It’s got a built in tracker.
