Not That Kind of Engineer
I only caught one. That was all we needed to feed the family. We had a hard time finding any good spots. Water was running really fast.

Not That Kind of Engineer
So last night wife and kids wanted to do something fun. So I called in and got another two days off. We woke up early, loaded up the white jeep and set off to devils tower. 
Went for a walk around it. Very interesting monument.
After that we hauled ass to hill city south Dakota and staying the night. Going to check out mount Rushmore in the morning, then the needles highway and head home. Really just a spur of the moment trip. Having fun spending time and making memories with our kiddos!

I like the picture of Mt. Rushmore. I've never been so I'm sure it's not really like this but I like to think that the closest you could get is a 1/2 mile away or something. But no not you, you own a jeep. So you drive right up to the base of it to take a picture. And everybody else now has pictures of Mt. Rushmore with your jeep in it. Lol.

Took a drive up to the snowy range to scout out camping spots. There was still 4' of snow on the side roads. Passed the red jks jeep up there, but sure what they were doing up there.
So decided to go to lower ground by encampment wy. And tried to get all the way up green mountain falls trail. Almost made it but a fallen tree was blocking the trail. So turned around and fished the river for a bit.
Then headed back on another trail and found a nice camping spot. Probably go camping in the next two weeks.
Then we went to treasure island. And crossed the sketchy bridge across the river.
Looked at these pretty flowers. They were everywhere.
Then went to Saratoga and had dinner at Dukes.
Great views today.
