Pretty sure you can do this in front wheel drive. Rule #76 - No excuses, play like a champion.

Definitely looked like that would be possible from the video! I have a spare set of front and rear for a JKU off a 2015 if needed [emoji1][emoji109]🏻

I still have my stock take off sitting around too. it's missing the boot but works fine. You could put in a stock replacement to allow you wheel this weekend.

Hey, I bet I can tell you how that happened! :)

Hmmm I have a feeling you could! Jason did the simple mod for me when we did the axles, I think my current one is good for now till I get an aftermarket. Figured I could help a brother out with this one [emoji1][emoji106]🏻[emoji482]

Hey, I couldn't agree more! Glad you can help someone out.
That happened in Moab, I hadn't relocated the evap skid yet. I didn't think I needed to with just a Teraflex spacer lift. Little did I know it would hit...

What is the "simple mod?" To the Evap or to the Driveshaft?

Moving the Evap skid over a bolt hole. You drill 2 new holes in the skid and reuse two of the original holes. It moves the skid over about 2 inches. Simple and F-R-E-E!

And that's why we love you buddy. You're a great addition to the NorCal wheeling family :thumb:

Yea I need to get this done to mine. I ripped the boot off of mine on our last run at High Lakes

That's what it's all about!

I have the same kit, thanks to Jason for the heads up while we did the axles, I'm good to go now [emoji1][emoji106]🏻

Curious to see yours. I just took the two out and put one back in.... That's what I had always heard.

I think the blue one will work well. Plenty of flex!
