Rausch Creek trip

Well little did I know that we were leaving for Oxford so early but I got my oil changed and diff. fluid changed . I didn't change my my diff. Cover I just repaired it. I had to file down the pumpkin and flatten out the cover . It went pretty well , checked maintenance write ups for torque specs ,and then the wife said let's go. Now I'm about 1 sheet to the wind. When I get home tomorrow I'll file down the diff cover edge so it won't snag it again and I'll be good for the 30'th. Ok maybe I'm two sheets to the wind.lol . Anyhow enough of my babbling we are going on the 30th and I'll update things tomorrow. I may get a new diff. Cover down the road and I think the ARB looks cool to but with the cost of oil , diff fluid,and an oil filter pretty much shot that out the window. Well I'm Irish and need to finish some more drink. Happy saint pats eve , drink hardy and be safe.

Anyone that is on the fence about the trail selection, I wouldn't let that change your mind. If we jump off on a blue we will meet up on a green again at the other end.

So it might be a little early to start planning another trip but seeing as I only get every other weekend off I thought I'd put a feeler out there... I'm off the 6th -7th, and the 20th -21st.

I had a few of my friends back out. If we can't get more to go this weekend it might be a bust. I guess the day before Easter is a tough one but I didn't even realize it when I first went with that date. So far we only have two that can wheel together.

This is definitely a good idea I just don't know where, we are all spread out pretty good.

no need to convince me but i need to stay as a maybe. cousin died on friday so i maybe flying down to florida for the funeral. will keep you posted
