Honestly, it’s borderline idiot proof. I’m far from a chef.

I’ve been picking up some cast iron stuff and it’s throwing me some curves. I keep trying to make little egg scramble/soufflés in the muffin pan and I can’t keep them from sticking. Any ideas?

Pork is pulled. Sauce is being cooked now.

Also had a couple chicken breast’s that were gonna go bad so I threw them on and smoked them, whipped up some crack dip and threw it on the egg in a cast iron pan.

Picked up a new thermometer. I have too many of these things but instead of using three or four at one time I can hopefully use just one. Has six probes.
