Spring Lake Arrowhead Run....

I can't find a Valero in rimforest.. Is the Valero off the 210? Or the 18?

Man I hope this is it. This is what I came up with earlier.

Hey mark. Can you hopefully confirm tonight or first in the am.

Mark, thanks for putting this all together. Good times, good food, and great people. This is the only pic I took lol.

I think I was the unofficial historian. Got some great shots considering they were all from my phone.

After lunch a few rigs decided to give dishpan springs a look, which turned into running the trail. I parked my stock rubi and hitched a ride.

The two jeeps handled it great, but this guy not so much. We ended up helping him twice as he broke his axle on the first rocks. Here he is the second time. He was hanging off the edge of the trail being held by a winch line and a dead tree branch that is not in the frame.

Then Santa Monica hit some trouble of his own. That sway link it supposed to be straight.

Decided to turn around and head back. This is down shot of the first major crawl. Then the air up shot.

A great day with a little mix of everything a wheeling day can provide.

And a damn good historian you were!

Ha ha. Thanks Russ. Good time today!

Ya dishpan can bite u in the butt for sure at least u got out of there.....

It was a real fluky thing with that sway link. It was actually pretty amazing how easy the jeeps made the dishpan obstacle look.

I so would have like to see what pretzeled the link.

Yep. That was one oddly torqued sway link. We heard little pop about 30 seconds before. How it got up and over and then back down. Crazy.
