LOL - in the end, we decided to let the whole thing be water under the bridge and still work with Kent. After meeting him in person, he seemed like a nice guy who just may have just got in over his head. At least, that's what we're choosing to believe. We're just happy to finally have our Gladiator and see no benefit in holding any grudges.
