We put the tires/wheels back on and moved it about 12 feet to the left. Yeah, I know - pretty sad! It is pretty boring waiting for parts to arrive:

Replaced my stock X springs with JKUR Springs from a 2013 (Thanks CptFranny from JKF)! Good to buy things off fellow forum members!

Looks great. I've got JKUR springs and shocks waiting for me in the garage, just need time to install. How did the install go? How long?

It was simple enough. The front was the easiest. Just had to disconnect sway bar didn't even have to take the tires off just jacked one side up as far as it would go and the spring popped right out with the help of a small hammer. Uhh the rear was the hardest. Actually had to take off the tires disconnect the sway bar and the shocks (i have stock shocks so it wouldn't let the axle drop far enough). I would say rent a nice strut or coil spring compressor and you'll be fine. The one we had sucked so it took us a while. But if you have a good compressor shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours something like that.

We did this on a friend's 2 door and it didn't take long at all. FYI--we didn't need a spring compressor...what we did was use a bottle jack (upside down) to press each side of the axle down far enough to be able to insert the spring.

The only thing done to my rig this week is that it finally got driven after two weeks of being parked! I have been over on the east coast training guys in everything from land navigation, building rope bridges, and how to wheel using other platforms. Life is still pretty good, even when I'm at work.

Now that is a great idea! Thank you sir!
