The Metamorphosis of MumboJumbo

Mumbo got energized today. He's now sporting a new Genesis Dual Battery System and a set of Sears Platinums. The install went very well and the best part was that no trimming was needed to fit over the coilovers. Almost forgot..Finished installing the skins yesterday after removing the old ones. View attachment 102699. Had to lift the body to get the old ones off since my rock rails can no longer be removed in one piece. View attachment 102700. And the reason for this is because the rock rails somehow became part of my control arm brackets when the brackets were installed a few months ago :banghead: ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1411880508.326240.jpg

Nice!! Cleanest dual setup I've seen.

I did find one little glitch by accident after I took the pics and went to close the hood. Gotta be sure to reroute the ground strap for the hood, it'll make the prettiest lights when it touches the positive terminal if you don't, lmao

I've heard that about dual battery systems. You can also put some insulating tubing over the strap.

Keep an eye on your heater hoses. One of mine leaked after rubbing on my dual battery tray for almost two years. Of course it leaked at the worse time.

You going 4:1? 242?

The skins look great!

Note: For anyone that is planning to pull their T-Case, the upper two nuts are a pain in the ass to get to. However, a 9/16 Distributor wrench will do the trick quite well.
