It's been real nice by day, about upper 60's but in the sun, feels more like upper 70's - definitely shorts weather. By night, it gets kinda nippy so pack in layers.

Due to circumstances, beyond our control, MudyCrawler and I won't be making it to KOH this year. Good luck and happy racing to all the participants.

We so wanted to be there, but we aren't ready to compete. We didn't want to show, just for the sake of showing. We'll be getting the Jeep ready for another race in April.

I hear you Mike but we're bringing the RV and JK and haven't set it up to tow yet so we're paying x2. :doh: I know we probably could have paid for the cost of the setup by paying so much in gas costs for the two vehicles. :crazyeyes:

Well I will be making it out hopefully Wednesday night. I will be bringing my 2 sons, the RV and the JK. This is our first trip to the hammers and we are excited. I only know a few people who will be there and they will all be busy with the race. Any guidance you all can provide as far good places to watch from would be great. Also if you plan on hitting any trails we would love to join. If you see us stop by and say hi.

Just checked NOAA for a weather update at the Hammers and.... it looks like we might be in for some rain and even SNOW!! :shock:

Thursday Mostly sunny, with a high near 59.
Thursday Night A 30 percent chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37.
Friday A chance of rain. Some thunder is also possible. Snow level 3700 feet. Partly sunny, with a high near 43. Windy.
Friday Night A chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Windy.

Should make things interesting for sure :crazyeyes:

Saw that yesterday also. Was going to pack shorts but probably just pants now. haha

Not sure if things have changed but, where Moochie setup, there was a good amount of room to setup at least one more RV and plenty of tents. The porta-potties are close by too. If there is a problem, it'll be in getting something like an RV back there as so many people are just setting up everywhere including roads.

Like Adam said as well, I'll be rolling in Wednesday around 11am and will take up additional room for those wanting to set up camp/RV in the WAL site area.

We had a bit of light rain on the way home and was wondering if you got any.

There was a fatal crash about a mile from Boone road Saturday night. Two car crash.
