Love my 37" Trail Grapplers. I installed Teraflex sleeves, Artec Truss, and Synergy C - Gussets on my D30 before I put them on. Even with 3.73 they are fine for me.
Looking good.

Your '11 has a four speed auto and the '12+ has a five speed. The top gear ratio in the two transmissions is different. I don't know the numbers, but I know they're different.

You may be right, but I thought the "small NAG" was used rather than the large. It's irrelevant for purposes of calculating RPM in 5th gear though.

That's close my real world test with my 12 auto with4:88's and 37. Like I said I'm at 70 and running 2800rpm's. But I guess a 37 doesn't measure out to 37inchs and I did recalibrate my speedometer but it could be off a little too. Do you think these factors could make that much difference in rpm's?
What diameter does your tire measure out to under load? (Mounted and full weight of your Jeep on them)
Love this thread. Was debating 35s vs 37s really wanted 37s some forums scare me about going big. With D44s and 4.10 gears auto 2014 stock can I get by with these gears for a bit? Are the c-gussets something I should get done prior to wheeling? This initial build $$$$. Trying to do it right.

When I put the 37s on my d30 how long do you think it will last? I'm running it til it breaks. But I'll be doing light off road but mainly a daily driver until I save the money for the pr 60
save some money and just gusset the C's. as a daily driver don't hit all the bumps and holes hard just because you think you can.If I truss it and put the sleeves and the c's on it will it hold up as a daily driver? i know it like putting a band aide on it but college is eating away at any money I have and my parents won't help me with the diff but they'll help with the rest.
Since this thread is about 37s, ill keep asking questions. Will i be able to clear them with 2.5" of lift and chopped fenders? Lift yielded exactly 2.5" i think when the time comes for tires, im gonna roll the d30 on 37s while i save for a 44. Dont wanna waste money on an inbetween size just to turn around and buy another set. My 295s are too close to a 35x12.50 to justify changing to those.
