Thanks for the update. I really hope "hard rock" doesn't mean the casino/restaurant. Something tells me it does though.

Im 99% sure that it does have something to do with Hard Rock since it's the audio system that gets added with that package. Now, Im also quite sure it's not a "Hard Rock" edition...just the name of the package....doubt you'd see hard rock badging, but they did come out with the dragon, so who knows...I don't think any special editions have been announced, and from what I know, none of them are rubicon based.

I'm SO glad they didn't make the newly placed sub a standard option in the Rubi. I had a custom sub box mounted to the rear swing door so it is out of the way when it's open. It's still a bit bulky however but significantly more powerful for a sounds junky like me.. I was worried I would lose that extra cubby in the floor which I like to keep my tow straps, jumper cables, and smaller tools in. I would like to try and build a higher mounted custom sub this time around mounted in between the rear roll bars! It's certainly exciting getting to start all over again!:beer:

Firecracker red is the only new color currently available. Black/red leather not currently available, release is set for late availability. Those foaming at the mouth for the new colors need to wait a bit longer unfortunately....not ETAs just yet.

I'd buy one :rock: after seeing a truck the other day with tags from Oklahoma and having a badge for an "Oklahoma Edition" (whether thats true or not) I wouldn't doubt it could happen.

So they have seemingly just renamed the X package to the Hard Rock Package and all 23J/24J package rigs ordered now as 15's will be the Hard Rock Package and the X model will be a package on the Sahara's this year. What I have found is the main difference currently is that this year you can have a Hydro Blue and the new Firecracker Red (although similar to last years Flame Red)in the new HRP and also vary from the black leather to tan interior which wasn't available last year as an option. Otherwise it's the same Rubi X as last year but includes the new 9 speaker Alpine stereo at no charge. Some of this is old news, but hopefully helps some ready to order like myself.. "Rock" on! :rock:

I was messing around on Jeeps website, trying to build/figure out what I want on a new Jeep this year, and did not see the Rubicon X package as an option I could select. Was worried they were getting rid of it, as I kinda like the red leather seats that are in the '13 10th Rubicon pics I've seen.

Edit: COuldn't find it a few days ago but it is certainly easy to find now. Not sure what the deal was. However the red interior is not there. Was that a 10th Anniversary 2013 only thing?

Looks like the tank green will be late release Special Edition version based off of the Sport platform.. But, if you have the dough to swing a Rubi you can always wrap it in matte green!
