EZ what are you asking about a coil over kit?

EZ, I'm asking about YOUR kit. I'd like to see how well it works. You know, full bump and a shot of what your coil looks like when it is. Maybe a shot of your shock as well.

I'm actually interested in your steering geometry also. Never heard anybody say drag link flips are a waste of money.

Where does one acquire custom coils anyways? Are they linier, progressive?

There are places where you can get them made. Way back in the day, I've had some made for an old Isuzu I used to have. You can get them in linier or progressive. I was never that pleased with what I got though as it takes a lot more trial and error to get one made just right for a specific vehicle. EVO had spent a lot of money doing a lot of testing of different spring they had made and other manufacturers that I have worked with have done the same.

Interesting, but yeah wondering also on if these are tuned to a jk. There is a lot if r&d as mentioned.

Don't think I have too many pictures of it "flexed" I'm not much for posing, see what I can dig up, the set up is nice, I have old man friends like me that love the ride in the desert, the 125 lbs work better but block height is too tall, FYI factory coils are 120 lbs ish, at least the ones I've checked, all 4 doors btw

Not a waste of time, just not for this setup, I'm sure it's great with 4" plus and longer shocks different driving style.

Isn't that the same company that makes Teraflex coils?

Not sure, I made these about 4 or 5 years ago, I had about 50 sets and the last went on my 2014, had to get the BDS rears cause the rate was close to what I had BDS are 175ish

Same place your 49 went. Doesn't everyone get 50 sets of custom coils made when they're building up their Jeep? :naw:  :cheesy:

Well I am made of money so I gave mine away I was just wondering what DURBISH did....

I did, but if was a different time in my life, would love to do it again. Was fun helping others improve the ride of their JK, I removed mostly AEV kits, they're the firmest, by a lot. So don't roll your eyes.... here pictures in the driveway, not sure it helps. Again this works for my style of driving ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1410647368.922614.jpg ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1410647394.097285.jpg

So, are you saying that you bought the 50 sets of coils for 49 individual people? All just to help them? Or, are you saying that you bought 50 sets of coils of different spring rates to test them out until you could find what would work best for other people? Either way, I've never known anyone to be so charitable.

No eyes rolling here but, what I was hoping to see what everything looks like at a full bump. Jounce pad fully pressed onto the axle side bump stop extension. I want to see how much shock is still showing and more importantly, what your coils look like. I mean, that is the reason why you are running such a short bump stop extension, right? To give you more up travel - I just want to see what all your effort looks like when used to its fullest.
