This shitty HDPE cutting board totally ruins the presentation, but my halfway decent cutting board was occupied. Our Christmas entre was a coffee/cocoa crusted tenderloin. It came out great.

Third cook on the Req. Christmas Eve Prime rib. Still need to dial in my temps. Flavor is absolutely amazing. Smoked corn....why didn’t somebody tell me about this before.
I love soufflés but was never good at making them. I need to try again.

Not 100% sure...a year ago she decided to only eat fish, then became vegetarian, but still ate cheese and dairy...which transitioned into vegan about six months ago...she’s going through some life changes, like taking a year off school to complete her yoga instructor training, and plans on traveling a year to resorts being a yoga instructor.
I’ve said this before...I love vegan food because it goes great with meat...
